Alliance Blockchain France and French EBSI stakeholders

Olivier SENOT

Olivier SENOT has a scientific education with a career first in entrepreneurship then at La Poste’s subsidiary Docaposte. Since 2016, he has been integrating new technologies, BlockChain, Post-Quantic Security, AI, Data, Cloud into the group’s products and services. Since 2019, he has participated to the creation of Archipels.io, the French documentary trust and certification Blockchain, and lead Docaposte among the first founding members of Gaia-X. He has launched the Trust NFT Factory within La Poste Group. He has been elected Chairman of Alliance BlockChain France in 2023.

Antoine Maisonneuve

After starting his career in IT development, Antoine Maisonneuve switched to innovation with an intrapreneurial path where he converted to Lean Start-up. He now leads the Orange Business Services Blockchain program to democratize this technology for the company customers’ uses, in order to meet the need for sovereignty. Orange Blokchain Services is a founding member of the French Blockchain Alliance, which Antoine Maisonneuve presides for its creation.

Orange Business is a subsidiary and commercial brand of the Orange group which provides, in France and around the world, integrated communications services to businesses in the areas of cloud computing, telecommunications, unified communications and collaboration.


Christine Hennebert (Ph.D) works in the secure embedded systems research laboratory at CEA-LETI in Grenoble. Her interest is to develop smart devices based on secure hardware chips to communicate with blockchains for the next internet generation of connected objects. The current proof-of-concept realized for the CEA-LETI involves secure embedded components and technologies transverse to many domains and use-cases. She is also active on the subject of Self-Sovereign Identity. She owns a wallet of many patents and scientific papers.

Christine Hennebert is the head of the scientific committee of the ABF. She will present its objectives of the testnet of Alliance Blockchain

Nicolas Muller

Nicolas Muller is co-founder of Talao, which was set up in 2018. A graduate of ESCP-Europe, he worked for 20 years in digital transformation consultancies, before moving into blockchain-based services and decentralised identities in 2017.

Topic of speech: The decentralised identity wallet, based on the ISS and the eIDAS2 standard, is an essential tool to enable web2 and web3 companies to meet the new regulatory requirements in France and Europe (e.g. majority control, MiCA/TFR, etc.), to offer new services based on decentralised identities (in the supply chain, for example), and more generally to prepare for the EUDI wallet by 2025/2026


Sophie Grosjean, a doctor of law from the Sorbonne, has 17 years’ experience in the banking-finance-innovation sector; she has advised both renowned Anglo-Saxon law firms and the legal departments of major accounts.

As head of the Legal Committee of Alliance Blockchain France, she focuses her work on major European and French public policies on blockchain and the regulations currently being drafted.

In addition, Sophie is legal director of APPI, a company specializing in digital transformation, innovation, regulatory strategy and compliance. APPI, founded by Cédric Coiquaud, advises AXA, Banque de France, URSAAF, BPCE and other key players in the sector.
